Chief Financial Officer
    Responsibilities:
- Manage financials for the holding (One leading company, 4 subsidiaries, and 2 related companies)
 - Lead financial department
 - Partner in leading an organizational transition as a leader, a change agent, and an active motivator
 - Maintain executive responsibility for financial operations, including; working capital, capital expenditures, debt levels, taxes, budget, and general accounting.
 - Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets, consolidations, planning, and analysis.
 - Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
 - Develop and direct financial plans to deliver the strategic business plan, company growth and market opportunities and direction
 - Define the financial strategy and provide useful financial insights to help make the best decisions about executing our business strategy
 - Establish and maintain stable cash flow management policies and procedures, and ensure cash resources are available for daily operations
 - Set up and/or oversee all financial and operational controls and metrics within the organization
 - Analyze current and future business operations and plans to determine financial effectiveness
 - Manage investors, shareholders, and outside lending/equity relationships
 - Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
 - Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system
 - Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
 - Build, lead, and direct the finance and accounting team
 
- Proven experience as CFO, finance officer, or relevant role
 - Experience with the USA Accounting
 - In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
 - Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
 - Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
 - In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
 - Ability to strategize and solve problems
 - Strong leadership and organizational skills
 - Excellent communication and people skills
 - An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
 - CPA is a strong advantage
 - BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
 - Fluent English
